Razor RV Accessories Warranty Policy
WHAT THIS WARRANTY RELATES TO
This warranty covers goods supplied by Razor RV Accessories (The Supplier) to the client and relates to any defects in products under normal use and maintenance for a 12-month period after purchase.
WHAT THE SUPPLIER WILL DO TO HONOUR THE WARRANTY
The Supplier will:
Replace or repair the Goods or the defective part of the Goods free of charge.
WHAT THE CLIENT MUST DO TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY
To claim the warranty the Client must:
First contact the Supplier;
The client must present the defective Goods to the Supplier for inspection including evidence of proof of purchase and date of delivery.
Or otherwise, evidence must be provided of the claimed Defect, accompanied by evidence of proof of purchase and date of delivery.
DURATION OF WARRANTY
This warranty will cease:
From the date that is (12) months from when the client takes delivery of the vehicle or RV.
(12) months from when the Goods are purchased as an after-market item from the date of purchase.
The Supplier will not be liable under this warranty:
For damage or defects in any Goods that are caused by neglect, misuse or accident.
For any fault or defect due to installation. Any fault or defect in the installation of the goods should be referred to the installer.
The Goods have been improperly used or the instructions in the manual have not been followed.
Modifications have been made to the product.
This warranty covers the client only. The warranty for the Goods are not transferrable if re-sold during the warranty period.
This warranty will not apply where:
The supplier cannot establish any defect in the Goods after testing.
The Goods defect has arisen due to neglect, misuse, accident or abuse.
The Goods have not been installed in accordance with the relevant instructions.
The Goods have been subject to abnormal conditions including extreme weather temperatures, load, pressure or similar.
